Route of the 7 lakes and San Martín de los Andes

The trip from Bariloche to San Martin de los Andes is one of the most important excursions that

tourists can do when they come to visit the region. It is a full day trip that goes through the

Nahuel Huapi and Lanín National Parks. It starts from Bariloche, along the RN 40 to the north.

After passing Puerto Manzano, you pass through Villa La Angostura, a real mountain village. A

few kilometers ahead begins the 7 Lakes Road, which runs through Correntoso, Espejo,

Escondido, Villarino, Falkner, Hermoso and Machónico lakes.

Once in San Martín de los Andes, on the shore of Lake Lacar, passengers will have time for

lunch and will be able to visit the center of the city. Return by the same route.
