Participants should be in good physical health and able to swim.
If you have medical conditions such as asthma, heart problems, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before booking.

🏊 Swimming Skills

All participants must be comfortable swimming in open water.
Life jackets or flotation devices will be provided and required for use by all regardless of swimming ability.
