Dinner menu:

• 1st Time: Crispy Volovan, stuffed with goat cheese, smoked salmon slices with a touch of aioli sauce (the sauce has mayonnaise, garlic, pepper, white wine).

• 2nd Time: Nut cream (Paris coffee), foamy nut cream with a touch of fresh chives.

• 3rd Time: New York fillet (250 gr), accompanied with lobsters with fine herbs, with a touch of bearnaise sauce. Egg-based sauce, vinegar, butter, red wine, and tarragon, served with sautéed asparagus, with fine herbs and a creamy Florentine potato puree.

• 4th Time: Mango mousse (homemade).

• Dinner includes 2 glasses of Champagne per person.
