This tour represents an authentic journey into the San Valentino Vineyards. We will guide you through our vineyards, providing details on the different grape varieties that make up the essence of our wines, from Sangiovese to Syrah, from Cabernet Franc to Rebola. We will share the history of our territory, which boasts ancient origins, from the times of the Etruscans and Romans to the Middle Ages and the present day. Crossing our olive groves, we will immerse ourselves in the barrel room to allow you to breathe in the aroma of aged reds, explaining in detail our winemaking techniques. The three types of wines offered are: Scabi Rebola DOC, Scabi Sangiovese Superiore DOC Bio, and Conte di Covignano Sangiovese Riserva DOC Bio.
