Toledo Half Day Tour From Madrid

Choose between the morning or afternoon tour to visit Toledo and enjoy a round trip tour to the city of the three cultures walking through the old and narrow streets accompanied by a tour guide.

Morning Tour (6h approx.): 

Embark on a captivating journey through time in Toledo, a city embraced by the Tagus River.

Our adventure begins with a panoramic view from the Valle Viewpoint, offering a unique perspective of this ancient city. We'll then explore an authentic Damascene workshop before wandering through cobblestone streets that reveal Toledo's fascinating blend of cultures, transforming it into an open-air museum.

Our walking tour starts at the iconic Plaza de Zocodover, the heart of Toledo since Arab times. This triangular square, once a bustling marketplace, showcases centuries of history through its porticoed buildings. As we delve deeper into Toledo's medieval streets, we'll pause at the Well of El Salvador and traverse the picturesque Balaguer Passage.

We'll admire the majestic Toledo City Hall and proceed to the Town Hall Square, where the city's political, religious, and judicial powers converge. The tour culminates at the magnificent Gothic Cathedral, a masterpiece of Spanish Gothic architecture dominating Toledo's skyline.

After the guided portion, you'll have free time to explore independently. Perhaps visit the Jewish Quarter, immersing yourself in the atmosphere of Sepharad through its synagogues and museums.until 1:45 pm to head back to Madrid.

Afternoon Tour (5h approx.): (Available only on weekends only until March 31st) 

Departing from Madrid towards Toledo, your guide will receive you there to have a Panoramic view of the city from "El mirador del Valle" and then a guided walking tour through the old town, free time and meeting at 6:45 pm to head back to Madrid
