Aura River Adventure Cruise

Come and experience Turun saunalautta and finnish sauna culture! You will get to experience Turku from Aura Rivers point of view and throw water on the woodburningstove of a world record floating sauna. For the bravest we have a hatch inside the sauna from which you can dip in to the sea. Eat and drink surrounded by beautiful scenery on our rooftop sofa ensemble. Also cook your sausages on the sauna ceiling and try fencing on our SUP-board! You can choose to have your own music or just listen to the sounds of the city and nature. Get to witness the arrival and departure of grand cruise ships at the Port of Turku while jumping from the rooftop to the sea! Or even tackle our inflatable water floats. This is the pinnacle of sauna and cruise adventures, come and experience it yourself!

Program description:

The adventure cruise begins from the dock and we sail off to Aura River to the city hall and then back down the river to lower the anchor at a nice swimming spot. At that point our woodburning sauna will be ready for you and you can also jump from the roof to the water (at your own risk). You have plenty of time to savor the beautiful views and silence, swim, enjoy the sauna steams and play with the inflatable water floats. At any point of the cruise you can use the grill to cook yourselves food you brought with you. During the cruise you will get to see the grand cruise ships that arrive and depart from the Turku harbour. At the end of the adventure, you also have a chance to relax with a big palm tree on the floating oasis called Merikettu.
