PADI Reef Fish Identification Course

Description
The PADI Reef Fish Identification course is for scuba divers who want to learn more about the amazing variety of fish they see underwater. The course helps you recognize different fish families by their key characteristics, and teaches you techniques for surveying and identifying fish species. You'll also gain knowledge about the importance of different fish species to the overall ecosystem. You'll learn how their population numbers can teach us about the overall health of the marine ecosystem and about the conservation efforts to increase their populations. This course is perfect for divers who want to get more out of their dives by understanding the underwater world around them.
We run this course weekly, 10am to 4pm, Saturday to Monday. If you can't find a course that matches your availability, please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate you.
Interested in also learning about the coral species that make up the reef ecosystem in addition to the fish species that live there? If you bundle with PADI Coral Reef Conservation Course, we can eliminate the overlapping course material so you can complete your Fish ID course in 2 days, instead of 3 and with a 10% discount. We run the Coral Reef Conservation course the prior Thursday and Friday, so you can have 4 consecutive days of ecological diving courses!
Want to get your Advanced Open Water at the same time? Take the Intro to Reef Fish ID as one of your 3 specialty dives and we can eliminate the overlapping course material so you can complete your Advanced Open Water in 1 day instead of 2 and with a 10% discount.
You can bundle all 3 courses for a cumulative 20% discount and finish all 3 courses in just 4 days (Wednesday to Saturday)!
To bundle a course, first select the Fish ID course, then the other course you wish to bundle.
