PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

Description
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification builds on your scuba skills and confidence from the Open Water course. It's not for advanced divers, but for those who want to explore more underwater activities. You'll learn underwater navigation, try a deep dive, and can pick up to 3 specialty dives. This certification allows you to dive deeper, educates on the marine ecosystem and how to safely interact with it and opens doors to further diving specializations.
As per our ecological mission usually students take the Intro Coral Restoration, Intro Fish Identification, and Intro Peak Performance Buoyancy specialty dives; and if students wanted to get their full Coral Restoration, Fish Identification, and Peak Performance Buoyancy certifications they can do so 1 day shorter and with a 10% discount due to course material overlap. But we also offer Deep Diving, Drift Diving, Underwater Navigation, Compass Navigation, Natural Navigation, Search & Recovery specialty dives as well if you'd prefer. You can select your 3 specialty dives in the booking form.
We run this 2 day course weekly 10am to 4pm Wednesday to Thursday. If you can't find a course that matches your availability, please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate you.
If you wanted to get any of those 3 full certifications afterwards, the 1 day Coral Reef Restoration course is on the subsequent Friday, the Fish ID course the Saturday and Sunday and the Peak Performance Buoyancy the Monday.
And as the Coral Reef and Fish ID courses already can be bundled, when you bundle them with the Advance, you can get a cumulative 20% discount and finish all 3 modules in just 4 days (Wednesday to Saturday).
This is the prerequisite for the PADI Research Diver Course. We run this 5 day course on the following Friday to Tuesday, so you can bundle them at check out and get both certifications in 7 consecutive days with a 5% discount.
If you haven't dove in a while and wanted a refresher course prior, we run a Coral Garden Scuba Tour the Tuesday before.
