The Dublin Liberties Distillery is proud to be part of Dublin's exciting whiskey revival. Our Distillery is nestled in the heart of the city bustling cultural quarter. The whiskey we produce is Inspired by the stories of the Liberties, it's people and legends. Rich in character, tradition and a healthy measure of rebellion.
We’re inspired by the mavericks, the wild cards & the pioneers of the Liberties past. We care about making whiskey our way. Our story is that of the history and mythology of the Liberties, the area known as ‘Hell’. We have plenty of stories to tell and plenty of whiskey to make. Know before you go
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, as the tour involves walking through the distillery. A bottle of water is also a good idea to stay hydrated throughout the experience.
