What is silent hiking?
The short answer would be hiking in silence. The more accurate answer is slowing down, being more present and reconnect with your surroundings. Your guide will stay quiet during the hiking sessions, and leave room for the impressions and tranquility that nature gives.
Meet your guide directly on location. Before embarking on the silent hike, your guide will take you through a safety briefing and provide information about the hiking adventure. After the first silent hiking session, you'll sit down with the guide and enjoy a packed lunch and coffee. Digest your impressions together with the guide, and hear wonderful stories and intriguing facts from the local community and the national park area. The second silent hiking session ends back where your car is parked. We will make time to talk about the whole experience before we split up.
This experience requires the participant to be in a normal physical condition.
If you are staying in the area, your guide can pick you up. Choose pick-up as an extra during the checkout procedure when booking your ticket!
