Departure from Florence or Pistóia: (9:30 am / flexible) : Directly from the hotel or meeting point.
1. Arrival in Greve in Chianti (10:30 am)
Piazza Matteotti: The central square is the heart of Greve in Chianti, surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. Here we will visit Macelleria Falorni, where you can buy the best affettati to take home (they pack it in a way that you can take it on the plane). Then we will continue to an underground Enoteca, the largest in Chianti with over 1,000 selected labels).
2. Cypress Road -Photos : Stop at a strategic point on the road with cypresses to take beautiful photos.
3. Visit to Winery in Medieval Castle (12:30 pm)
We will start with a tour of the vineyards and historic cellars of the Castle that allows you to experience the splendid history of the Castle and discover the secrets of the winemaking world. We will end the visit with a tasting of selected labels including Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, and IGP Super Tuscan, harmonized with a complete lunch (including appetizer, first course, second course with meat, dessert, and coffee).
4. Arrival in Castellina in Chianti (3:30 pm)
Castellina in Chianti is a charming town located in the heart of Tuscany.
The narrow cobblestone streets, decorated with colorful flowers and surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, evoke a cozy and picturesque atmosphere. The medieval architecture stands out, with stone buildings that seem to tell stories of past centuries. The main square is a vibrant place where residents and tourists gather, enjoying local cuisine in pleasant cafes and restaurants.
With its combination of history, gastronomy, and natural beauty, Castellina in Chianti is a must-visit destination for those wishing to explore the essence of Tuscany.
6. Return with arrival (6:00 pm) - We will end our tour wherever you prefer: At your Hotel or Piazzale Michelangelo for a beautiful sunset, or at Florence's largest Shopping Mall I Gigli.
