Let's start walking through the streets of the historic center, in search of the more traditional flavors of local cuisine … How about a platter of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts with a good Spritz? You will taste these delicacies in the Pizzateca a local bar in Pisa! Of course, not even a portion of cecina can be missing, a very thin focaccia prepared with chickpea flour, a real must of Pisan gastronomy and the típical pizza we made in the city which is different from other places in Italy, Pizzeria L’ Arancio will take care of us in this part of the tour.

During the tour you will discover restaurants known only by the locals, such as I Porci Comodi or Fattoria Le Prata, where you will be delighted by the typical dishes of the gastronomy of Pisa, such as the wild board pasta and the pappa al pomodoro typical plates of the area. Everything with a good glass of wine or an artigianal beer. You will finish with the dessert cantuccini con Vin santo really typical of Tuscany.
