Bolgheri: Sensorial Wine Experience

For all wine lovers who want to refine their tasting techniques. It starts in the vineyards, continues in the cellar and barrel, culminating with a Sensory Tasting of 3 wines, a journey through the colors, aromas and flavors of wine interpreted by our senses, helped by graphic cards and a master wine aroma kit.

You will experience wine with us in this path:

- The vineyards, showing you our history, philosophy and the territory of Bolgheri;

- The winery with an introduction on our main methods of wine making;

- The "sensory tasting", guided among colors, aromas and flavors of wine, tasting 3 wines:

PAPEO: selection of pure Vermentino

TARABUSO: selection of Cabernet Sauvignon in purity

ALDONE: selection of pure Merlot

The tasting is accompanied by bruschetta with E.V. oil from our production.
