VALDICHIANA Wine Tastings

Immersed in the Tuscan countryside between vineyards and olive groves you will be led to the philosophy and history of the winery with a visit to the historic vineyards with an explanation of the main stages of cultivation until harvest and then passing to the visit to the winery where, in the middle of the barrels, we will explain the production techniques of each wine. We will conclude the tour with a tasting on our panoramic terrace where between a glass of wine and a look at the vineyard you can appreciate all the beauty of the Siena countryside

There are multiple different options to choose from:

• SAN GREGORIO TASTING: You will be guided to discover everything that the nature of this part of Tuscany can offer.. We will visit the vineyard and the winery to explain the production stages of our wines and also visit the farm with all the animals and our natural lake, then finish the tour with a tasting of 4 types of wine: Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG; Chianti Colli Senesi Poggio Pagliaio DOCG Riserva; Toscana Rosso Canaiolo IGT; Toscana Rosso Camars IGT
• CINTA SENESE EXPERIENCE WITH TASTING: The tour opens with a guided visit of the farm, from the wild breeding of pigs of the breed "Cinta Senese", which are distinguished by the black color with the white stripe, to the vineyards and the cellar, with an explanation of the production process. The tour ends with a tasting of 4 types of wine paired with a board of cured meats from our production: Toscana Rosso Canaiolo I.G.T.; Toscana Rosso Camars I.G.T.; Chianti Colli Senesi D.O.C.G.; Chianti Colli Senesi Riserva Poggio Pagliaio D.O.C.G accompanied by a board of cold cuts from cinta senese: ham, capocollo , lombo , salame , dry sausage, pecorino pecorino and marmalade.

All this in the wonderful setting of countryside of Siena. So, relax and live the essence of Tuscany!
