All participants will meet at our Info Point and from here you will be taken to a typical vintage kitchen. Once you have put on your apron and personalised it with your own name, you will be ready to immerse yourself in this unforgettable culinary experience. Our expert chef will involve you immediately, asking you to chop the fresh fruit for the sorbets, whilst the ingredients for the ice cream will be mixed together in the special machinery. As you are busy with these activities, you will be learning about the various quantities from a special recipe book which you will then be able to take home with you to impress your family and friends with your skills.
