    Sneakers or trekking boots. They don't have to be technical, but they should support the foot well. Crampons fit most footwear.
  • 🧥 Layered warm clothing
    Waterproof jacket, thermal sweater or fleece, gloves, hat, and neck warmer. The weather on the glacier can change suddenly.
  • 🕶️ Sun protection
    Sunglasses with UV filter and sunscreen. The radiation on the ice is intense even on cloudy days.

    Reusable water bottle and something light to recharge energy: chocolate, nuts, or bars are ideal.
