In Search of the Reindeer Herders

Description

Venture deep into Mongolia’s northernmost wilderness and experience the rare and nomadic way of life of the Tsaatan reindeer herders, an indigenous community that has lived in harmony with their reindeer for centuries. This once-in-a-lifetime expedition takes you on horseback through the untouched taiga forests, where the Dukha people still practice shamanism and rely on reindeer for survival. Along the way, explore the pristine beauty of Lake Khövsgöl, Mongolia’s “Blue Pearl,” and trek through some of the most remote and breathtaking landscapes in the country.
