- The maximum tolerance is 10 minutes of waiting, after that time, if the passenger does not arrive, there will be no refund of the value of the tour

- The tour departures with light rain. In case of heavy rain, thunderstorms or orange alert issued by the National Meteorological Service, the company may cancel the tour before or during the tour. It can only be rescheduled (subject to company availability).
