Paris Montmartre, culture & pastry tour

Description

Montmartre is not a name but a myth !

What is really behind it ?

Come and discover it on a nice journey through this maze of greenery, old houses, stairs, alleys that go up and down all the time.

The hilltop, inhabited since Roman times, has produced one of the largest collections of artists in history. Painters, poets and writers sought for a picturesque and poetic atmosphere while also hoping for success and

truefriendships. Renoir, Modigliani, Dufy, Utrillo, Kees van Dongen,  Picasso and many others, all shared a bohemian lifestyle, more miserable than romantic.

Explore the romantic alleys of Montmartre and get to know the history of Romans, Millers, winemakers, bandits and anarchists.

We will marvel at the fabulous basilica of Sacré Coeur, which the Parisians hate so much !

Of course, we won't forget today's Montmartre with its most lively squares and bars.

And if you wish, we can also share a drink in the bar of fabulous Amélie...before ending the tour in front of the Moulin Rouge
