Metro Art Tour Stockholm

Stockholm subway system is the longest art gallery in the world The tapestry of art is a reflection of Swedish cultural evolution from 1950 to the present executed by over 150 artists.

Long description

We meet at Cental Station ( by the statue Ericsson) and explore the following stations ( based on the time-frame) : On a journey through the world 's longest art gallery, Stockholm Subway system - T-centralen -Ostermalmstorg, -Station - Solna Centrum -Kungstradgarden - Halonberg -Universitet More than 150 artists took part to the creation of this unique masterpiece from 1950 to 2000. With over 90 art creations, the Subway is a reflection of Swedish art and cultural evolution. At each stop , the travellers will be briefed about the history of the Station ( theme, date of construction...) 

At each station, travellers will be given time to enjoy and take pictures!
