Description

Explore the hidden gems of Nepal's north-central region on the famous Upper Mustang Trek. This trek takes you to the remote and culturally rich area of Upper Mustang, known for its rugged terrain, ancient monasteries, cultural landmarks and breathtaking views of the Annapurna mountain range. The trek begins in Jomsom, a town easily accessible by a short flight from Pokhara.

The journey takes you through the Kali Gandaki Gorge, the deepest gorge in the world, passing through a series of villages, monasteries and cultural sites before reaching the ancient capital of Lo Manthang. This walled city is home to several Buddhist monasteries and cultural landmarks, making it an ideal destination for an off-the-beaten-path adventure.
