Please take the port shuttle bus from your ship—some cruise lines offer it free, others may charge approx. €5 each way. The meeting point is Via Claudio Cogorano, where our Shore Experience Team in green polos will greet you. Private tours still depart from the cruise terminal. Only cruise line-operated tours can pick up inside the port. If you wish to cancel, please do so within 48 hours for a full refund via your booking agent.
