33- Pienza + Montepulciano + Montalcino with tour and tasting at a Brunello winery

Departure from Florence, Siena, Pistoia, or Val D'Orcia: (8:30 am / flexible): Directly from the hotel or meeting point.
1. Visit to the Brunello Winery (10:30 am)
Where we will take a guided tour of the cellars, vineyards, production... learn about the production process of Brunello, followed by a tasting of a selection of 5 wine labels from the winery.
2. Arrival in Montalcino for lunch (12:30 pm)
Free time for lunch in Montalcino, enjoy tasting typical Tuscan dishes like pici al ragù.
Explore Montalcino's medieval charm through the city's narrow streets. Highlights include its imposing fortress, the Castle of Montalcino, which offers incredible panoramic views of the wine region. A charming destination for those seeking an authentic experience in Tuscany, combining history, stunning landscapes, and of course great wine.
3. Arrival in Pienza (2:15 pm)
Founded in the 15th century by Pope Pius II, who wanted to transform his hometown into an example of an ideal Renaissance city, Pienza is known for its well-preserved Renaissance architecture.
The city has narrow cobblestone streets, picturesque squares, and beautiful historic buildings, such as the Cathedral of Pienza and the Piccolomini Palace.
In addition to its stunning architecture, Pienza is also famous for its pecorino cheeses, especially aged pecorino, one of the most appreciated Italian cheeses. Visitors can taste and buy local cheeses in various shops and dairies in Pienza.
The city also offers breathtaking views of the Tuscan landscape, with green hills, vineyards, and olive groves stretching to the horizon. Strolling through the streets of Pienza and appreciating the natural beauty around is a truly charming experience.
4. Montepulciano (3:30 pm)
Montepulciano is a charming medieval town, famous for its Renaissance architecture, panoramic views, and, of course, the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine.
In the vibrant city center, surrounded by impressive Renaissance buildings. Here, you can admire the Town Hall, one of the city's most emblematic buildings, resembling Florence's Palazzo Vecchio. The square also houses the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta. The Cervini Palace, an example of Renaissance architecture, and the Gracciano Fountain, an ancient water fountain dating back to the 16th century, provide a historical touch and tranquility for those strolling through the city streets. Corso Street is Montepulciano's main shopping street, filled with shops selling typical regional products such as cheeses, cured meats, ceramics, and wines. Montepulciano was the setting for some scenes in the movie "Twilight: New Moon"
4. Departure from Montepulciano (4:30 pm)
6. Return with arrival at (6:30 pm) - We will end our tour where you prefer: At your hotel or Piazzale Michelangelo for a beautiful sunset, or at Florence's largest shopping center, I Gigli.

2-Pay 25% of the amount of the tour at the time of booking with a card. The remainder must be paid in euros on the day of the tour.
