Carlisle Bay Swimming Horses Breakfast and Beach Day

Description
Horse racing first became popular in Barbados back in the 19th century, at a time when horses were the main means of transport. The Garrison is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage site of Historic Bridgetown and its Garrison & once Britain’s largest military installation in the Eastern Caribbean.
Watching the horses race on the beautiful green turf is a highlight for some, others prefer to enjoy watching these beautiful race horses take their morning sea bath and exercise on Pebbles Beach.
On this excursion, you will be picked up from your hotel to take you around the Garrison pointing out historical landmarks & sights like the Main Guard & the house where George Washington stayed on his visit to Barbados as a young man. You will then make your way to Pebbles beach to watch the horses swim & play.
After watching the horses, you will make your way to Savvy On The Bay to enjoy a tasty breakfast. After breakfast relax on the beach where a sun lounger & shared umbrella await you.
