The day begins with a welcoming aperitif, offering a taste of the local flavors. After a moment of relaxation, we embark on a tour of the dairy, where I’ll share the secrets of mozzarella production: from the processing of milk to the creation of fresh cheese, every step is explained with passion and expertise.

The most exciting part of the experience comes when, at the end of the explanation, I’ll demonstrate how to cook the mozzarella. You’ll even have the chance to shape your own piece of mozzarella, getting your hands into the fresh, stretchy curd and creating your own little piece of cheese, just like a true cheesemaker.

Next, we’ll move to our garden, where we’ll prepare a delicious meal together using the fresh mozzarella and vegetables harvested from our garden. The lunch will be a moment of sharing, where you can enjoy simple and wholesome dishes made with fresh, local ingredients.

Finally, to end the day on a sweet note, we’ll prepare a special tiramisu made with fresh ricotta from our production, accompanied by a glass of homemade limoncello.
