Muay Thai Boxing Class for Beginners

Description
This class is taught by a well trained Muay Thai (Thai kick boxing) instructor who speaks good English.
Muay Thai is known as the "art of 8 limbs" it features the mixed use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.
Enjoy pad and mitt work while increasing cardiovascular conditioning, hip mobility, leg and core strength. Meanwhile improve your punch effectiveness and defensive maneuvers.
This is a beginner's class up to (4) persons.
