Oslo Yoga and Hiking with a dog

Description

From the meeting point, we’ll take a short five-minute walk to a peaceful lake. Disconnect, relax, and immerse yourself in the beautiful Norwegian landscape with this holistic yoga and hiking experience. The hiking group will be small to ensure a personal and authentic experience. The yoga session is private and limited to two participants, while the hike may include a few others.

Yoga (7:30 - 9:00)
We’ll start the day with a 75-minute Vinyasa yoga session on a dock by the lake. No previous yoga experience is required—this session is designed to suit all levels, with modifications and options provided throughout. This energizing flow will awaken your senses and prepare you for the day ahead.

Hike (9:00 - 11:30)
After yoga, we’ll embark on a 2.5-hour guided hike through breathtaking landscapes. You’ll walk peaceful trails, have the opportunity to take a refreshing dip in the lake (optional), and enjoy Norwegian snacks along with a hot drink.
