As we make our way through picturesque trails and rural landscapes, you’ll be immersed in the peaceful rhythm of the countryside. After about an hour, we’ll arrive at a welcoming, family-run winery surrounded by vines and olive trees.

Here, you’ll be treated to a guided tasting of three regional wines: a refreshing sparkling white, an elegant sparkling rosé, and a classic still white wine. The tasting is paired with a generous board of local specialties — including artisanal cheeses, cured meats, seasonal vegetable pies, rustic bread or crackers, and homemade preserves — all thoughtfully prepared to highlight the flavors of the territory.
