ROUTE CHOOSING CUENCA Roman City of Segóbriga, Villarejo Cheeses and Finca La Estacada Winery

Our journey begins at the entrance of the Uclés Monastery. There we will take a guided tour inside this spectacular 16th-century Monastery. After the tour, the gastronomic part begins. We will move to the Macnha Oliva oil mill, to learn about the process of extracting extra virgin olive oil and to taste their best oils. We will end the day in Fuente de Pedro Naharro, at the Pisterra pistachio processing facilities, discovering how this recently introduced product is treated in our province, and, of course, tasting some delicious pistachios from La Mancha Alta.
