In my home, Sunday lunch was always a special occasion filled with the aromas and love of traditional cooking. Now, I'm excited to open my mother’s cherished recipe book and share her favorite dishes with you.

We’ll begin our journey with the famous Tuscan crostini topped with chicken liver pâté—an authentic and flavorful appetizer. Then, we’ll dive into the art of making gnudi, a classic Tuscan first course made with ricotta and spinach. To finish, we'll indulge in a beautiful Zuppa Inglese, a traditional dessert inspired by Artusi’s famous recipe—similar to tiramisù, but made with irresistible custard cream instead of mascarpone.

When the weather is nice, we’ll enjoy everything outdoors in my garden, perhaps at sunset, accompanied by a glass of local wine and the gentle company of my beloved dogs—especially Tosca, who loves greeting guests. You may even meet our friendly German Shepherd!

Upon request, I can offer a fully vegetarian menu, replacing the crostini with a seasonal veggie starter and serving classic tiramisù for dessert.
