Mezzocorona: Wine Tasting with local food at Azienda Agricola Viola

Description
The meeting point is at the "Conversare" shop of Azienda Agricola Viola, at Via alla Grotta 48, at the foot of Monte di Mezzocorona and its famous suspended Skywalk.
What you'll taste:
A glass of your choice from our aged reserves:
- Navarro Trento DOC Riserva: A classic method mountain sparkling wine, made from hand-picked grapes at high altitude. Aged over 60 months on the lees, it is distinguished by fine and persistent bubbles, an Alpine mineral freshness, and notes of white flowers, citrus, and bread crust.
- Rosso Mancato IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti: A rare red made from Teroldego grapes, reinterpreted in a softer and more elegant style. Hints of ripe red fruit, light spices, and a velvety palate with well-balanced tannins.
- Nero Viola IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti: An intense and structured red wine with deep color and bold flavors. Notes of blackberry, wild herbs, and dark chocolate blend with a long and complex finish, thanks to the wood aging.
A tasting glass of 5+5 Rosso IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti: A young and lively red wine, fresh and easy to drink, with fruity aromas and a light body, ideal for a casual aperitif.
