Homemade Pasta Cooking Class

Description

Join our hands-on fresh pasta making class in Italy and learn the true essence of one of the country’s most beloved culinary traditions. Guided by our professional Italian Chef, participants will explore the different types of flours and ingredients used to create authentic homemade pasta from scratch.

During this immersive cooking experience, you’ll master the techniques of kneading, rolling, and shaping pasta — both by hand with a rolling pin and using a traditional pasta machine. Together, we’ll prepare a variety of fresh egg and water-based pastas, accompanied by three signature Italian sauces and a classic homemade dessert.

The class concludes with a relaxing lunch in our charming wine cellar, where you’ll savor all the dishes you’ve created, paired with local wine. The entire experience lasts about three hours — a perfect blend of learning, fun, and Italian hospitality.
