Day trip to Permet, a mix of nature, gastronomy and thermal pools

In Permet, in the local trattorias, the 'Tave Dheu' is where they serve, a casserole with onions, feta, ricotta, olives and minced meat. Typically the meat of the casserole is baked or roasted on the spit. In these parts you can also get very good Byrek and you can taste delicious cheeses.
