During the 50-minute ride, you'll have 30 minutes aboard the gondola, and you'll receive detailed commentary on your own mobile app, available in several languages, including English, Italian, French, Spanish, and Hindi. The gondola ride offers a shared experience, with a maximum of 5 people per gondola.

The meeting point is at Calle Ascension 1257, near the entrance to St. Mark's Square, so be sure to arrive 15 minutes early for a prompt departure. The gondola ride is not fully accessible to wheelchair users or people with limited mobility, and the seating inside the gondola is assigned based on the weight distribution of guests. Comfortable shoes are recommended for this ride, as you'll be walking to the gondola embarkation point.
