Tampere - Kayak Pyhäjärvi Tour

During the summer, we offer guided day kayaking trips on Lake Pyhäjärvi. It's a fantastic way to gain a new perspective on your vacation destination or even your familiar hometown.

The starting and ending point for the trips is the Varala Kayaking Beach. The distance and route of the trips are adjusted according to the prevailing weather conditions and the abilities of the participants. The trip can be directed towards the landscapes of Pispala Ridge, possibly stopping at Lehti or Saunasaari islands. Alternatively, we can choose an urban landscape and make a detour, for example, for ice cream (self-funded) at Hatanpää Arboretum.

By default, the trips use a kayak paddled with a double-bladed paddle.

We especially recommend the trips to those who have participated in our guidance sessions before! And on lighter winds, they are suitable for anyone, even beginners.
