Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your accommodation, where you’ll be provided with winter clothing and boots to keep you warm on the ice. Upon arrival at the Silver Birch Resort, a short walk through snowy forest paths will bring you to the lake. Your guide will show you how to drill a hole in the ice and teach you the fishing methods locals have used for generations. Then you can relax, enjoy the snowy scenery, and wait for a fish to bite.
Should you be lucky enough to land a fine catch, the restaurant’s chef will prepare it fresh for you - turning your moment of triumph into the highlight of your meal.
