In the splendid “Tinello” kitchen designed by Riccardo Barthel, under the expert guidance of the Cibrèo brigade, participants will have the opportunity to prepare and taste some of the most beloved signature dishes: from the famous Tagliolino Cacio e Burro to the tasty Braciola taglio Bistecca and the iconic Purè, a symbol of comfort and delicacy.

An educational but also deeply human experience, which recounts stories, ingredients and ancient gestures with simplicity and passion. All accompanied by a good glass of wine, in a moment of authentic sharing that has always been the beating heart of the Cibrèo world.
