San Juan Beginner Surf Lesson

If catching your first wave is on your list, this lesson is an easy way to make it happen. Water World Surfing School has been teaching in Puerto Rico for more than 13 years, and their instructors are known for being patient, supportive, and great with all ages and skill levels.

You’ll start with a simple introduction on the sand—just the basics you need to feel confident. When you’re ready, you’ll head into the water together. The conditions in this area are friendly for beginners, and the instructors stay close by to guide you through each attempt.

Once your coached session is done, you still have time to stay in the water and practice on your own. The atmosphere is relaxed, the team is welcoming, and the goal is to help you enjoy the experience at your own pace.
