Glacier Snowmobiling, Ice Cave & Northern Lights Adventure from Reykjavík

Your adventure begins in Reykjavik at 7:30 AM, where we’ll pick you up and head towards Langjökull, Iceland’s second-largest glacier. After a scenic drive, we’ll swap to Super Jeeps, which are perfect for glacier terrain. At the base camp, you’ll gear up for snowmobiling with the helmets, balaclavas, overalls, and gloves provided.

Once ready, we’ll head out onto the glacier, speeding across its vast, snowy landscape. Along the way, you’ll enjoy stunning ice formations and crevasses, truly immersing yourself in this thrilling experience. We’ll also reach a spot to explore a natural ice cave, with its vivid blue ice and frozen walls—an unforgettable sight.

After an hour of snowmobiling, we’ll return to base camp and make a stop at Skjól Bistro for lunch (not included) before continuing the trip to meet the Aurora guide in Reykjavik.

Your driver guide, with years of experience, will find the perfect spot based on weather and Northern Lights forecasts. Once settled in the ideal location, you’ll wait for the purple and green stripes of light dancing against the dark night sky. For your comfort, there will be blankets and complimentary hot cocoa to help you warm up. Want to capture the moment forever? Your guide will take photos with the lights free of charge!

After the hunt, we’ll drive back to Reykjavik, where you’ll be dropped off at your initial selected location. This magical journey will surely be a highlight of your visit to Iceland!
