Enjoy the winter activities and beautiful nature in Linnansaari National Parks Arctic trail. Saimaa Arctic Trail runs from Oravi, through Linnansaari National Park to Järvisydän. From Oravi to Linnansaari ca. 5km as the total leght of the trail is ca. 20km. The route is open (depending on weather) for tour skaters, kick sparks, skiers and walkers. There are fire places along the route, a lake hut in Savonselkä and a cafeteria on Linnansaari main island (cafeteria is mainly open on Saturdays, always check the opening hours from the Journal). On Linnansaari island you can find marked snowshoe trails from 2km up to 7km.

The Linnansaari Winter package includes:

- 2 night accommodation in Oravi Apartments dbl/ twin. The room is equipped with mini kitchen!

- ticket to the hut on the ice
- 2 x winter activity sets for one day (tour skating set, kick spark set, snowshoeing set, cross country skiing set or winter fishing set) Note: choose one activity

- private sauna for 1h/ day (1h hotel sauna and 1h waterfront sauna with ice hole)

- breakfast baskets for 2 persons delivered to the room

The room can also accommodate 1-2 children on an extra bed (sofa bed). Extra bed for a child under 12 year old is 70€. The extra bed price includes winter equipment and breakfast.
