You will board your private transportation for the port, depends on where you are staying we have two different port departure, once in the boat, you will have a beautiful scenic towards the southwest coast. There you will explore the coves and beaches that were twice named the most beautiful in Italy. The waters of Chia, Teulada, and Santa Margherita di Pula are pristine and a shimmering, crystal clear, blue color. Dive in and enjoy. Complementing that stunning turquoise water is the peach-colored sand, and scattered among the dunes are lush green juniper trees. The colors are striking. Heading to the beach is a tradition of the locals and visitors alike. You will see why the coves and beaches in Chia are famous. Time allowing, you will stop at up to 5 of the prettiest bays, depending on how much time you spend at each. As this is your private excursion, you can decide to spend more time in one cove or even skip one if you wish. One of the coves you will visit is Cala Cipolla, from here you can admire the lighthouse of Capo Spartivento. This cove offers one of the best places to snorkel in South Sardinia. Your guide can provide you with the snorkel gear, or you are welcome to bring your own or just spread out your towel on the sand, kick back, and relax! Another fantastic beach is Malfatano, ideal for families with children due to its calm waters, and it offers impressive vistas of Capo Malfatano bay. Tuerredda can be considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, and it also offers excellent snorkeling. You will also make stops Porto Larboi and S'isola Manna. Departing from Cagliari, you will ride towards Arbatax or Cala Gonone, depending on the availability. Enjoy the Sardinian countryside, Canonnau vineyards, and the Mediterranean scrub. 

The boat trip could start from Arbatax or Cala Gonone. Here once reigned “sea oxen,” as the locals used to call monk seals due to their tapered shape and tame behavior like that of an ox. These magnificent mammals, now (maybe) extinct, gave their name to a marvel of nature: the Sea Oxen Grottoes (Grotte del Bue Marino), since the 50’s one of the main attractions of the Gulf of Orosei, in particular in Cala Gonone, in the Dorgali territory. Today they are a favorite destination among nature lovers, and the ideal union between sea and mountain: they are part of the karstic system Codula di Luna, Italy’s most extensive, seventy kilometers of tunnels in the bowels of Gennargentu. Its majestic entrance, formed by two arches over the sea, is located three kilometers away from splendid Cala Luna. 

The marine caves are 15 kilometers long in total and divided into two main branches. The northern branch, fossilized due to the interrupted karstic activity, is not accessible to the public. However, you can visit the southern branch thanks to illuminated causeways, for about 900 meters. Speleologists are allowed to explore an additional four kilometers (of the overall 5 of this branch). Seawater penetrates the vast hall, and countless little ponds of sweet water from subterraneous rivers abound, separated from sandy beaches filled with concrete formations. The “tourist” itinerary among stalactites and stalagmites offers an extraordinary color spectacle, thanks to the light beams that penetrate it. You cannot help but gasp in awe at the long shadows projected on the waters of a hidden saltwater lake, with more than one square kilometer of the surface. 

The cave is also famous for esoteric rock paintings, dated back to the Neolithic, illustrating a circle of people around what is supposedly a representation of the sun. The walk finishes in the seal beach – these sea mammals once came here to mate and have their cubs. The visit is led by expert guides and lasts about one hour. Leaving the Cala Gonone Harbour for a fantastic boat tour until the caves, after the visit, it will be possible to stop at the Cala Luna for swimming in this little angle of paradise.

Departing from Cagliari, drive for 2.5-hours in a minivan through the amazing Sardinian countryside towards the northwest of the island. 

Once we reach Capo Caccia, where is one of the fascinating natural jewels in the entire Mediterranean basin, the grotto is a veritable geological wonder that attracts over 150,000 visitors per year. It is accessible by sea, leaving the tourist port every day, or on foot via "Escala del Cabirol" ("Billy Goat Stairs'), a set of 660 steps cut into the cliffside. If you choose the private tour or the boat option, we will depart from the Alghero port for a fantastic boat tour; the trip takes around 40 minutes.

The tour begins at the great room holding the transparent waters of the Lago Lamarmora (Lake Lamarmora), one of the largest saltwater lakes in all of Europe. It is there that Acquasantiera stands ("The Baptismal Font'), an impressive stalagmite that is approximately 2 meters high, at is peak has formed vats, where rainwater collects, thereby creating a precious drinking fountain for birds nesting in the Capo Caccia area.

After a brief descent, you will reach the Sala delle Rovine ("Room of Ruins'), and after this, the Majestic Reggia, which can be found the most evocative area of the cave. Impressive and overwhelming columns arise in this room, almost holding up the ceiling. Among the large flowstone and "scallop' formations stands out the distinctive stalagmite formation known as the Albero di Natale ("Christmas Tree'). 

The lake comes to an end at a sandy beach known as the Spiaggia dei Ciottolini ("Pebble Beach') because, at one time, it was made up of tiny stones. After the Reggia, there is Sala Smith ("Smith Room'), where the Grande Organo("Great Organ') can be found, the most massive column in the entire cave. This room is named after the English captain in the early 1800s, had been one of the first to explore the cave. After having taken in the small columns that adorn the Sala delle Trine e dei Merletti ("The Lace Room'), the route comes to an end with a view of the Tribuna Della Musica ("The Music Gallery'), an evocative balcony from which you can enjoy the view from above of the Reggia area and the of the Lamarmora Lake.
