Start with a visit to Hammond Castle, an oceanside castle built by a quirky 1900s inventor as a family home in the quiet town of Gloucester. Tour the unique building, learning about the history of one of the most prolific inventors of the last century (you probably unknowingly use his inventions regularly)! TigerTail Lake offers a picturesque and tranquil setting, making it an ideal destination for practicing floating SUP yoga for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Our session begins on solid ground, where we take the time to cover essential safety guidelines and fundamental techniques. Afterward, we transition from the sandy beach area to the lake for a brief paddling warm-up session. Once we've warmed up, we anchor ourselves in a peaceful spot on the lake, close to the mangroves, where we can unwind and engage in a floating SUP yoga session. The session spans 90 minutes, encompassing approximately 30 minutes of paddling and an hour dedicated to the serenity of floating SUP yoga. This location welcomes participants of all levels, ensuring a beginner-friendly and inclusive experience for everyone.

Come join Meghan, an ACA Level 2 SUP Instructor, for a comprehensive SUP Learn to Paddle session for 1 hour and 45 minutes. We'll kick things off on dry land, covering essential safety measures and foundational techniques. Afterward, we'll head out onto the serene lake to put what we've learned into practice. You'll relish the experience of being immersed in nature while honing your skills for a more enjoyable time on the water. This session caters to beginners as well as those with some prior paddleboarding exposure, aiming to refine technique and introduce fresh skills. Rest assured, we'll provide all the necessary paddleboards and equipment.

Tigertail Lake is a beautiful & calm lake, which makes it an ideal location to learn to paddleboard.  At this location, we start on land and go over the safety & technique basics before launching from the sandy beach area into the lake for a paddle lesson
