This course is all about becoming a more proficient diver –you’ll have an opportunity to expand your scuba experience, learn new skills and build-on existing ones. Alongside your PADI Instructor, you’ll experience deep diving, fine-tune your buoyancy and increase your navigation skills, allowing you to become more comfortable and confident underwater.
In addition to your deep dive, you will also complete three specialty (Adventure) dives of your choosing, allowing you to sample a range of specialty diving interests.
Diving Specialty Options Include: Enriched Air Nitrox, Deep, Fish Identification, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery and Wreck Diver.

Sites are selected daily to suit the day’s conditions and to maximise experiences. With a separate dive tender to assist with drift and wall diving, this is a day well suited to experienced divers and snorkellers.

The clear waters, beautiful corals and incredible marine life diversity of the reefs offer the opportunity to dive in some of the most pristine and special places here. Enjoy the marine wilderness, first time divers can try an introductory scuba dive, and certified divers can experience up to three dives a day.

We provide FREE dive equipments, the boat ride and a dive guide to show you around on a dive of up to 40 – 50 minutes each dive.

Departing from Cagliari, you will ride towards Arbatax or Cala Gonone, depending on the availability. Enjoy the Sardinian countryside, Canonnau vineyards, and the Mediterranean scrub. 

The boat trip could start from Arbatax or Cala Gonone. Here once reigned “sea oxen,” as the locals used to call monk seals due to their tapered shape and tame behavior like that of an ox. These magnificent mammals, now (maybe) extinct, gave their name to a marvel of nature: the Sea Oxen Grottoes (Grotte del Bue Marino), since the 50’s one of the main attractions of the Gulf of Orosei, in particular in Cala Gonone, in the Dorgali territory. Today they are a favorite destination among nature lovers, and the ideal union between sea and mountain: they are part of the karstic system Codula di Luna, Italy’s most extensive, seventy kilometers of tunnels in the bowels of Gennargentu. Its majestic entrance, formed by two arches over the sea, is located three kilometers away from splendid Cala Luna. 

The marine caves are 15 kilometers long in total and divided into two main branches. The northern branch, fossilized due to the interrupted karstic activity, is not accessible to the public. However, you can visit the southern branch thanks to illuminated causeways, for about 900 meters. Speleologists are allowed to explore an additional four kilometers (of the overall 5 of this branch). Seawater penetrates the vast hall, and countless little ponds of sweet water from subterraneous rivers abound, separated from sandy beaches filled with concrete formations. The “tourist” itinerary among stalactites and stalagmites offers an extraordinary color spectacle, thanks to the light beams that penetrate it. You cannot help but gasp in awe at the long shadows projected on the waters of a hidden saltwater lake, with more than one square kilometer of the surface. 

The cave is also famous for esoteric rock paintings, dated back to the Neolithic, illustrating a circle of people around what is supposedly a representation of the sun. The walk finishes in the seal beach – these sea mammals once came here to mate and have their cubs. The visit is led by expert guides and lasts about one hour. Leaving the Cala Gonone Harbour for a fantastic boat tour until the caves, after the visit, it will be possible to stop at the Cala Luna for swimming in this little angle of paradise. 

Your local guide will be keen to make the tour as personal as possible. He will assist you with his expertise and recall amusing anecdotes for you before driving you back to your hotel.

Blue Lagoon is a great snorkeling spot for families and beginner snorkelers because the waters are very calm when the weather is normal. 1 hour snorkeling trips at Blue Lagoon Beach point and 1 hour snorkeling trips at Tanjung Jepun snorkeling point, after snorkeling we will have lunch at the beach side restaurant.

This is suitable for absolute beginners, this is an experience program and does not require certification (see scuba diver or open water diver for certification).
