Welcome to our Spanish cooking class and photoshoot! Let's have a great time learning about two classic dishes: paella and fideuá. But before we start cooking, let's get comfortable and talk about the importance of "mise en place," the secret to being organized in the kitchen.

In this cozy setting, we'll discuss the simple ingredients needed for our Spanish and Catalan dishes. You'll discover the secrets to making these dishes truly authentic and delicious. Paella is a traditional Spanish masterpiece with proteins, spices, and rice, while fideuá offers a delightful variation using seafood and fideo (noodles) instead of rice. Feel free to bring your favorite wine as well to pair with the flavors.
