Our staff, active 24 hours a day, offers all the necessary support to satisfy the passenger's requests and facilitate the meeting with your driver. All bookings are constantly monitored in order to make sure that the transfer between the cities is successful and with the maximum satisfaction of the passenger.

Transfer Duration: 3-4 hours

To book your transfer with us we need the following details:
- name and surname, telephone number, email contact, of the main passenger; total number of passengers per vehicle;
- number of bags (one suitcase and one hand baggage are provided for each passenger; baggage of particular sizes such as wheelchairs, strollers, musical instruments, etc. must be specified in the booking).
- flight number, we monitor exact landing and arrival terminal for transfers from the airport.
- exact departure and destination address (Hotel / Private Residence in Positano or from/to Ciampino Airport).
- date of the transfer and exact time required for the pick up.
- type of vehicle required for the transfer, minivan or sedan.

Waiting Time 75 minutes for airport transfers, starting from the moment the flight lands or from the time requested and specified for pickup by the customer;

20 minutes for transfers departing from Positano, starting from the time requested at the pick-up by the customer;

After the waiting time, without any information from the passenger, our driver will leave. In these cases there is no refund of the booking for the passenger.
