Who We Are

Toristy (run by Dataridoo Oy, Finland, business ID 2818022-6) acts as a middleman between you (the Supplier) and the Customer. We help promote and sell your travel services through our own website and through partners.

By working with us, you accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms

First Payout:

For your first sale, we will pay you 60 days after the service is delivered. This delay allows us to verify your VAT and banking details.

Ongoing Payouts:

After your first payment, we will pay you 30 days after the service is delivered. Payouts are made on the 1st of each month.

Why the wait?

We hold payments in escrow (a safe account) in case the service is cancelled or refunded and aim to ensure the guest is happy. If you require an earlier payout we must work on some kind of special agreement. Please get in touch with Magnus Aideborn who will be happy to discuss terms.

Commission and Rates

  • You give us your net price (the amount you want to receive, including taxes).

  • We set a retail price (what the customer pays).

  • The difference is our commission.

Commission rates usually range from 15–25%, depending on the sales channel. You will always know what commission is applied.

You can update your prices and availability at any time using our system.

Service and Cancellations

You’re responsible for delivering your service. You must give us:

  • Accurate details

  • Cancellation rules

  • Photos and other content

If you cancel a booking or the customer is unhappy, we may deduct costs or charge back full fees to you, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Customer Support

You must help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, the same way you would with your best direct customers.

 

Customer Data & Privacy

Customer information is owned by Toristy. You may use it only to deliver the booked service. You must protect customer data in line with EU GDPR laws.

 

Marketing and Content

You give us permission to use your photos, logos, and product info to help promote your services. We may adjust images (e.g. for size or quality) but only to help with presentation.

Legal and Safety Responsibilities of the Services You Provide

You are fully responsible for:

  • Holding the correct licenses

  • Having valid insurance

  • Ensuring safety and proper training

  • Following all local laws

All risks must be clearly explained to customers in advance.

Liability

Toristy is not responsible for any issues with your services. You agree to protect us legally if problems arise, such as:

  • Accidents

  • Customer complaints

  • Breach of contract

  • Wrong or misleading information

If you fail to deliver the service or don’t show up, this is a serious breach. In that case, you must refund the full amount and cover any related costs.

Force Majeure

If something out of anyone’s control (like war, natural disaster, or strike) stops the service from happening, neither of us will be held liable. We’ll agree together how to proceed, and in some cases, this may mean ending the agreement.

Juristiction

  • These terms are the full agreement between you and Toristy.

  • Any changes must be made in writing (email is fine).

  • Any legal issues will be handled in Helsinki, Finland.
