Toristy (run by Dataridoo Oy, Finland, business ID 2818022-6) acts as a middleman between you (the Supplier) and the Customer. We help promote and sell your travel services through our own website and through partners. By working with us, you accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

For your first sale, we will pay you 60 days after the service is delivered. This delay allows us to verify your VAT and banking details.

Why the wait?

We hold payments in escrow (a safe account) in case the service is cancelled or refunded and aim to ensure the guest is happy. You give us your net price (the amount you want to receive, including taxes).
We set a retail price (what the customer pays).

Toristy works with both Net Rate and Commission models. Toristy’s supplier commission typically ranges from 20–30%, depending on the sales channel. Distribution partners receive at least 50% of this commission, typically 10–15% of the booking value. With Net Rates, distribution partners control their own markup and margin. You will always know what commission is applied. You can update your prices and availability at any time using our system.

You give us permission to use your photos, logos, and product info to help promote your services. You acknowledge you have the right to use the images you supply. We may adjust images (e.g. for size or quality) but only to help with presentation. We also reserve the right to remove any images we do not wish to use.

If you fail to deliver the service or don’t show up, this is a serious breach. In that case, you must refund the full amount and cover any related costs.
