Trekking Matagalls, Vic & Cervecería Artesana - From Santa Susanna

We reach Matagalls, a mountain that with its 1698 meters above sea level is the third highest elevation of the Montseny Natural Park.
After enjoying the panoramic view of the Matagalls, we descend to Vic, a historic and monumental city, capital of a fertile pre-Pyrenean plain. We cross the medieval center of the city, from Placa Major, the most attractive urban enclave of the medieval nucleus.
We will also visit Casa Riera Ordeix, a working house where we will visit the facilities as well as see the curing process of the different sausages made there. After our visit to Vic, we will head towards Cervesa del Montseny Artesana, a small brewery located very close to Vic, dedicated to the production of craft beers of the Ale family. Here we will visit the facilities of the factory and we can enjoy 6 varieties of beers, all produced in the place, along with a small snack.

Dalí, Besalu & Garrotxa - From Santa Susanna

We will arrive in the city of Figueras to contemplate a unique museum in the world, to contemplate the art and painting of Salvador Dalí, with more than 1 M of visitors a year. Then we take the road to Besalú, a monumental example of the medieval Catalan world. There is a step away from the spectacular landscape of the Natural Park of the Volcanic Zone of La Garrotxa.
We walk along the Old Bridge of Besalú. It is believed that it was built in the eleventh century on a Roman bridge, but it was rebuilt in the fourteenth century.
Then we will visit the Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone, a place of exceptional landscape value thanks to the thick beech, oak and holm oak forests. Time to eat. In the afternoon, around 4 in the afternoon we will leave for the city of Girona, with its own history, and a charming historical center.
We will finish touring the corners of the city. After hiking through the area enjoying the majestic forests, we return to Santa Susanna.

Poblet, Wines & Sitges - From Salou / Tarragona

We will go to the Monastery of Poblet, it is a Cistercian abbey declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco. A great architectural complex with almost 1000 years of history. After the visit, we will continue our change to the region of origin of the Priorat wine. A visit to one of the wineries in this region is essential to understand its flavor potency and the soil's orology.
We go to Villafranca de Panadés, where before lunch we will visit the Torres Family wineries. After touring the facilities, we will taste a wine tasting of the winery with a selection of 4 types of cheese.
In Sitges we will visit the parish church of Sant Bartomeu and Santa Tecla, a sanctuary located near the beach, it is a monastery built in the 18th century. After leaving Sitges, we will visit the Foix Swamp, located inside the Foix Park, it is a mandatory natural visit.

In Siurana, we will know this spectacular location on a rocky hill. There are two essentials: the remains of an Arab fortification built in the ninth century and the Church of Santa Maria, a Romanesque church of the twelfth century. We will visit the wineries and taste some of the best wines in this area.
We cannot let be beautiful and lost region without seeing the Cartuja de Escaladei, the first Carthusian monastery that was installed in the Iberian Peninsula with 1000 years of history, of which only its archaeological remains remain.

Tour Barcelona - From Salou / Tarragona

We will arrive in the city of Barcelona. Our starting point will be the famous Sagrada Familia, the most ambitious work of Gaudí, who worked in the unfinished cathedral for 40 years.

Mont Rebei Canyon - From Salou / Tarragona

Delta del Ebro: Oysters and rice - From Salou / Tarragona

Delta del Ebro, a natural park located in Tarragona, known for its richness and landscape variety, where we will enjoy its delicious food and its fabulous landscapes, and best of all: a swimming experience with Mediterranean bluefin tuna. Our first activity in L’Ametlla de Mar, is aboard a catamaran.
Returning from our adventure in the water, we return to the land and head towards the port of Sant Carles de la Ràpita, to taste the delicious typical food of the Ebro Delta: oysters and mussels.

In the afternoon, we will approach the “Molí de Rafelet” Rice Museum, where we will make a guided visit to the mill where visitors are explained the cultivation of rice, drying in the sun, how rice enters the mill and how it passes from the shell to integral and finally to white.

Girona, Dalí & Wines - From Palamós

The port of Palamós, built in the thirteenth century by King Pere II the Great, thanks to this port the city enjoys an important commercial activity. Upon arrival in Girona; We will make a walking tour of the main tourist icons of the city of Girona, especially we visit the Cathedral, a building that combines several artistic styles from different eras such as Gothic and Roman. We will visit the Arab baths of Girona, built in the 12th century and located inside the convent of the Capuchins.
Then we go to Figueres, where we visit the Salvador Dalí Theater-Museum. Figueres is the capital of the Alt Empordá region rich for its wine cellars and its coast.
Our next stop will be Perelada, a former county town that bears the same name. Here we will visit Perelada Castle, an old Renaissance fortification. We headed towards La Botiga del Celler. We return to Palamós, where we will hold a wine tasting and wine pairing dinner.
